Dear Parents,
It is hard to believe that it is almost August and a new school year has begun. Just a friendly reminder that your children should be reading EVERY DAY in preparation for grade five, and practicing their multiplication facts as much as possible. Children are expected to know their facts instantly upon entering grade five.
Although you do not know who your current teacher is at this time, the same skills are universal across grade five. So keep on reading, writing, and practicing your math. See you on September 2nd!
