The goal for each student is to buy time in “Fun Friday,” a curriculum-based, hands-on, fun-filled activity.  Fun Fridays cost $15 Butler Bucks, unless we have a vacation month.  Students will receive a monthly salary of $20 on the first of the month.  Bills will be handed out on Fridays for balances currently due.

Expenses are as follows:

            1 behavior check     = $1 Butler Buck

            2 behavior checks    = $2 Butler Bucks

3+ behavior checks  = $3+ Butler Bucks and parents will be called.  More than three behavior checks may

                                              result in an office referral.

Homework check    = $3 Butler Bucks for each assignment.  Missing work will be graded as a ZERO.

If a student misses more than three assignments in a week, parents MUST come in and

meet with the student, principal and teacher.

Office Referral        = $10 Butler Bucks

Suspension              = automatic forfeiture of all Bucks for the month.

Any student caught stealing another's Bucks will forfeit any future Butler Bucks.

Teachers can also give Bucks and homework passes as extra rewards for those students who always make appropriate choices.
